Deposit Highlights
- Minimum deposit amount is Rs 1,000 only.
- Additional amount will be accepted in multiples of Rs. 1,000 only.
- Nomination facility is available.
- Payment of Interest would take place through NEFT facility and Interest advice for First Financial Year would be furnished in advance/ In case of non availability oaf Bank, A/c details of NEFT facility, Post Dated Cheques will be sent along with the FDR, incase of Scheme A.
- Payment of Principla/Interest would take place through NEFT facility from designated IDBI Bank. Account payable at cheques will be issued incase of absence of Bank details of Investors or non availability of NEFT facility.
- Premature refund allowed as per Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules 1975.
- Interest to be calculated monthly on deposits of 1 year and more in Scheme B.
- Interest to be calculated from the date of encashment of Cheque/Demand Draft by Unitech Ltd.

I am R.Sekar, residing at 20, perumalnagar main road,puzhuthivakkam, chennai – 600 091, and issed a cheque for Rs. ONE LAKH as deposit,(cheque no. 792861 dated 16.9.2010,
Axis bank, Chennai 91) . As on today i.e.,10.11.2010,I have not yet received the deposit receipt. Please send reply to my mail and send the deposit receipt immediately.
